- Current product specification and assay methods
- Lot-specific certificate of analysis
- Available safety, allergen, GMO and country-of-origin statements
- Applicable organic, kosher, halal or other certification documents
- Additional supplier-qualification information required by your organization
Document availability and certification scope vary by ingredient and supplier. A certificate for one material or facility does not establish certification for the entire GCI portfolio. Check the named product, issuing body, scope and validity dates before relying on a certificate.
