What HumicSure™ Is
HumicSure™ is a concentrated complex of humic and fulvic acids — naturally occurring organic compounds formed over geological time from plant matter. The starting material is selected from organic deposits identified by our long-term supplier partner, Hymato Products in Hungary, whose founder Dr. János Csicsor pioneered the standardization and pharmaceutical-grade processing of humic and fulvic complexes for nutraceutical use.
The fulvic fraction is fully water-soluble and color-stable — making it one of the few mucosa-targeted plusbiotic ingredients suited to clear functional beverages.
Why a Humic-Fulvic Plusbiotic
The intestinal mucosa is the tissue layer that decides what gets absorbed, what gets kept out, and how the immune system learns from the microbial environment. Probiotics introduce beneficial bacteria. Prebiotics feed them. Neither directly supports the mucosal layer itself.
Humic and fulvic acids have been studied for their ability to support the mucosal environment through several converging mechanisms: ion exchange and trace mineral chelation, organic-molecule binding, and modulation of the gut barrier interface. HumicSure™ was developed specifically to deliver this activity in a defined, characterized form suitable for B2B formulation.
Mechanism
The complex delivers two complementary fractions:
- **Humic acid ** — larger molecular-weight organic structures with documented binding affinity for cationic minerals and certain organic compounds. The humic fraction is associated with the broader chelation and binding activity that supports the mucosal environment.
- **Fulvic acid ** — smaller molecular-weight, fully water-soluble, with a distinct carboxylic acid-rich chemistry. The fulvic fraction is associated with mineral transport, electron-donor activity, and direct interaction with the intestinal epithelium.
Variation across the category is real — many “humic-fulvic” products sold to the supplement and personal-care industries are not characterized at this level.
Why Formulators Choose HumicSure™
- Water-soluble formats compatible with capsules, tablets, powders, sachets, beverages, and topical formulations
- Documented sourcing through a single long-term supplier partner (Hymato Products) with pharmaceutical-grade processing standards
- A clear scientific positioning (“plusbiotic”) that differentiates from the crowded probiotic and prebiotic shelves
- Documented use in clinically studied finished-product formulations (see Resources)
- For cosmetic applications, request confirmation of the supplied grade and its INCI naming.
Where HumicSure™ Fits
Dosage formats: capsules, tablets, stick packs, sachets, powders, premixes, ready-to-drink beverages (fulvic fraction), topical creams and serums (cosmetic-grade material).
Industries served: dietary supplements; functional food and beverage; cosmetic and personal care.
Format note: the fulvic fraction is one of the few water-soluble, color-stable plusbiotic ingredients available — making it particularly suited to clear functional beverages, hydration sticks, and any application where insolubility or color is a constraint.
